Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Aljannat Lights, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In case of issues, we follow a fair and transparent return process:

  • Refunds for Damaged Items:
     Refunds are only applicable for items that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery. To initiate a refund, a clear unboxing video must be shared with our support team at the time of receipt.
  • Exchange Eligibility:
     Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with a valid invoice or receipt.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
     
    Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Branded Products – Warranty & Claims:
     For branded items sold by Aljannat Lights, any refunds, repairs, or warranty claims are subject to approval by the respective brand or manufacturer.
     Our role is to forward your claim to the relevant brand and assist in the communication process. The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of the claim rests solely with the brand.
  • How to Initiate a Claim:
     Contact our team via WhatsApp or visit our showroom in person with your original invoice and any required proof (such as photos or videos).

Out of Stock Situations

At Aljannat Lights, we strive to maintain sufficient stock of all listed products. However, in the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

  • We may offer a replacement product with similar specifications and value, upon your approval.
  • If no suitable replacement is available or preferred, a full refund will be initiated using the original payment method.

Refund Policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Please note that Aljannat Lights does not provide direct cash refunds for COD purchases. A refund may be processed under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is materially different from what was listed or ordered (e.g., model, size, design).
  • The returned item must be inspected and approved by our team for refund eligibility.
  • Once approved, the refund will be issued via bank transfer using the account title and number provided by the customer.
  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days, subject to standard bank processing timelines.
